Joshua 1: 2-9 is a personal message from God to Joshua with instructions and assurance. God’s message is not like the message of a fellow man. Having a message with instructions and assurance from God gives us hope even when we are facing challenges in life. When God speaks to us, we should focus on his word to us and less on surrounding challenges. In this lesson we shall take a deeper look at the instructions and assurance given to Joshua with a view of applying this lesson in our own life.
